During October a total of 34 homes were sold in Portland Maine. This is a 10% increase in the number of sales since last year at this time, and a 55% month over month increase in transaction volume. Inventory is down slightly with just 253 homes available. The average price of Portland homes has dropped slightly both year over year and month over month to 219K, and average number of days on the market has increased.
