Portland Maine Housing Update for Dec. 11
During the month of November 2011, 45 homes and condos sold in the Portland Maine housing market. This was a 13% increase from last year at this time, although it was a decrease from the previous month. With a median price of 204K, Portland Maine homes for sale appreciated year over year by 21%. The average number of days on the market for homes and condos that sold in November in Portland was 66 – a 15% yearly drop.
