Dec. 11 Market Update for Yarmouth ME

The Yarmouth ME housing market saw 10 homes sell during the month of November 2011. This was an 11% increase in sales volume year over year, and a dramatic increase month over month. The average price for a Yarmouth home sold in November was 355K, which was a 48% gain compared to November 2010. The average number of days on the market for homes that sold in Yarmouth was 156.
